This Privacy Policy describes how PROXIMAX AI ("PROXIMAX," "we," "our," "us") collects and handles personal information on the corporate website at proximax.ai (the "Site").

Scope

This policy applies only to the Site. Our productsTACOSAI (cloud filmmaking platform) and Omega (private on-prem deployment)are governed by separate privacy policies presented to users at the time of sign-up or deployment.

Information We Collect

The Site is a marketing website. It does not require accounts, process payments, or collect personally identifiable information through forms.

In the ordinary course of operation, our hosting provider (AWS Amplify) records standard web server logs that may include:

  • IP address and user agent
  • Page URLs and timestamps of requests
  • Referrer information
  • Approximate geographic region derived from IP address

We do not deploy advertising trackers, analytics that follow users across other sites, or social-network pixels.

How We Use This Information

We use server log information solely to:

  • Operate, maintain, and secure the Site

  • Detect and prevent abuse (such as bot traffic and scraping)

We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

The Site uses minimal first-party cookies necessary for basic functionality (such as Next.js framework defaults). We do not deploy advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The Site relies on the following third-party services to operate:

Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's default retention period (typically 30 days). Messages received via our contact form are retained as long as needed for ongoing business correspondence.

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, send a message via our contact form and we will delete it.
